Fraudsters forged letter of late ex-Union Minister

New Delhi: The crime branch of Delhi Police has started their probe in a case where fraudsters forged a letter of former Union Minister.
In the said letter it was informed that someone has forged the letter of Late Captain Jainarain Prasad Nishad, former Union Minister addressed to Cabinet Secretary (GOI) regarding the complaint against a Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya in UP, charging him for corruption, favouritism, harassment of parents etc.
Police further added that the former Union Minister died in December 2018, whereas the forged letter bears the date of May 2019.
"This shows that the letter and signatures of former Union Minister have been forged by someone with the intention of cheating," police said.
