Four-yr-old girl, man killed in separate road accidents

In the incident reported in Dwarka district, the girl identified as Nancy, was travelling with her mother in an e-rickshaw, when the speeding car reportedly hit their vehicle from behind.

The collision was so severe that the e-rickshaw turned turtle, throwing Nancy to the ground and injuring her mother. Passersby took Nancy to a hospital, where the girl was declared brought dead. The car driver has been detained.

In another incident, a 22-year-old man was crushed by a speeding bus in east Delhi's Madhu Vihar on Saturday afternoon. The victim was dragged for several metres.

Police said the matter came to light around 2 pm on Saturday, after which a team rushed to the spot and the victim Sonu Chaudhary was taken to hospital. However, he was declared brought dead. Cops said the bus driver is yet to be arrested.

In yet another incident, a car was hit by a truck in New Delhi area, but no one was injured as airbags in the car opened in time.

Meanwhile, in south Delhi's Mehrauli area, a fetus was discovered by locals and the police have started scanning CCTV footage in the area.
