EOW investigates fabricated Will case

New Delhi: The Economic and Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police registered a case of cheating in which the complainant alleged that suspects in the case made the fabricated will of her late husband through a well-hatched plan.

The complainant told police that the suspects prepared the will through forging his signatures and thumb impression whereby one of the suspects made himself a beneficiary in the fabricated will to the extent of 75 per cent of the entire estate of her late husband and a group of private companies worth more than Rs 500 crore.

EOW has booked three persons in the case and started their investigation. A case under section 420, 467, 468,471, 474 and 120B of IPC was registered.
