Employee of e-com portal murdered

Gurugram: A 24-year-old person who was working in the delivery service for an e-com fashion portal was found murdered in his office in Phase-3 on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Ravi Kumar. According to law enforcement officials, the main cause of the murder maybe attributed to robbery as his laptop and amount of Rs 50,000 was found missing.

The body of 24-year-old was found by his colleague when he had come to visit him in his office on Friday morning. The Gurugram police have registered the case under Sections 302 (murder) and 378 (theft) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to law enforcement officials, Ravi may have been murdered by strangling with a thick rope. He may have also been assaulted as a lot of marks was found on the body. There was also a deep wound on his head suggesting that he was hit with a rod.
