Vijender Gupta pulls up DDA on pitiable state of city roads

With an aim expedite the ongoing developmental works, Leader of Opposition in Delhi Vidhan Sabha and Member DDA, Vijender Gupta on Thursday visited Bawana area.
During the visit, Gupta expressed his dissatisfaction over the pitiable condition of roads from Sultan Puri to Sec-22, Rohini, Sec-20, Rohini to Sec-22, Rohini, road dividing Sect 20 and 21 and road opposite Pocket11-B in Sec-23.
He instructed DDA officials to repair these roads. Also, he ordered them to vacant DDA land in Sec-20 and develop it as a playground. He also emphasised the need for construction of a road in Sec-22, development of modern Sports Complex, boundary walling all vacant DDA plots and ensure their regular cleaning.
Gupta also instructed DDA officials to install open gyms in DDA parks at Pocket 4 near GD Goenka School and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park and to repair of walkways, and maintenance of cleanliness, proper lighting, and beautification of all DDA parks in the area.
