Trio from Bihar who looted Delhi's garment shop arrested

The Delhi Police had to travel to Bihar's Motihari to arrest three accused involved in the theft of garments in the capital worth Rs 80 lakhs. The shop was robbed in South-East Delhi's Pul PrahladPur on June 3. Soon after the cops were informed, a team was formed to arrest the accused.
The footage of the CCTV cameras installed in the passage in front of the scene of the crime was analysed from which registration number of the vehicle used by the accused persons was obtained.
On June 9, the three accused were arrested from Motihari Bihar and entire case property was recovered from their possession. The accused were produced before the concerned court. The cops have taken the remand of all three accused persons to investigate the case further.
"During the interrogation of accused persons, it was revealed that accused Upender hatched a plan in Bihar with other accused persons Sandeep and Anil for theft in Godown in Delhi. Hence, all the accused gathered at Chungi No. 2 Khori Village, Faridabad, Haryana on 25 March and reconnaissance was conducted by the accused before committing the burglary," said DCP South-East Romil Baniya.
