Man out on parole brutally murdered by four

A 30-year-old man, Yogesh Yadav, was hacked by to death by four people on Thursday night in Pataudi area which is 30 kilometres from the Millennium City.

Yogesh was serving a life sentence for murder and was out on parole when he was attacked by a sharp object by the gang of four. The deceased hailed from Khalilpur village in Pataudi.

On Thursday night, he was travelling from Khalilpur to Khentawas village in Gurugram to resolve a property issue. Yogesh was riding his bike when he was followed by a Maruti Alto car.

Following this, the car hit his bike after which he fell on the road.

As soon as he lost his balance, four people came out of the car and beheaded Yogesh with an axe.

Yogesh's murder was conspired by Ravi and his colleagues. Ravi is the brother of Rahul who Yogesh had murdered around three years back due to a rivalry between the two, said sources.

"This is the case of extreme rivalry between the deceased and the murderers. We have formed a team to nab the culprits in the case and soon the case will be solved," said Tanya Singh ACP Pataudi.

This brutal murder adds to the number of heinous crimes committed in Pataudi area. Recently, an ambulance ferrying dead body was burgled in the same area. The crime turned ugly when the miscreants robbed both the wife and daughter of the deceased.

In January, two women employees working in the commercial unit in Pataudi were gang-raped by seven to eight men who were there in the unit for more than three hours.

The arrest, in this case, is yet to be made.

"Being on the outskirts of Gurugram, there is not too much of attention on the growing crimes in Pataudi. While extreme crimes definitely make headlines, the inability to curb petty crimes ultimately results in crime becoming more extreme and dangerous," said Jaiveer a resident.
