Guru Gobind Singh College hosts open house session

An open house was held on Saturday at Delhi University's Shri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce to clear doubts pertaining to the Bachelor of Management Studies course, as well as Bachelor of Financial Investment Analysis and BA (Hons) in Business Economics.
The event saw a packed house with several students and parents clarifying doubts about the new courses on offer.
Principles of well known colleges like SGTB Khalsa and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya were also in attendance and gave students pep talk and clarified doubts on the entrance to these courses.
This year, for these courses, no group discussion or personal interview round will be held and candidates will be selected on basis
of the entrance test, known as joint admission test and qualifying examination marks, which are considered in a 65 per cent and 35 per cent ratio respectively.
All the panel members stressed that was parental or peer pressure should not replace or influence the dreams of students.
