Sacked Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra on Thursday said he had got his statement recorded with the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) in the alleged Rs 400 crore water tanker scam.
"I got recorded my statement today and will have to again go to the ACB office on Monday," Mishra told reporters here.
Mishra had approached the ACB on Monday and claimed to have given evidence in support of his allegations that two persons close to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tried to influence the scam probe.
Earlier on Thursday morning, Mishra said he will continue his indefinite fast till Kejriwal shared details on the expenses on foreign trips of Aam Aadmi Party leaders Sanjay Singh, Ashish Khetan, Raghav Chadda, Satyendar Jain and Durgesh Pathak during the last two years.
On Wednesday, Mishra sat on a hunger strike over the issue, and questioned Kejriwal's silence on their foreign trips, saying "your (Kejriwal) silence is saying a lot".
Mishra, suspended from the AAP, promised "another revelation" on May 14. He had been sacked as Minister on Saturday, a day after which he claimed to have seen Kejriwal receive Rs 2 crore from Health Minister Satyendar Jain. On Monday, Mishra was suspended from the party.
Mishra also accused the AAP of planning attacks on him and said: "When I was attacked (on Wednesday evening), Sanjay Singh held a press conference instantly and said that the attacker was a BJP worker."
"Soon, it was revealed that he was not a BJP worker but a coordinator of Jain's Mohalla Clinic and an AAP worker," Mishra said.
"Everything was pre-planned. Even Kejriwal-ji, you retweeted the wrong information," he said, while slamming the AAP national convenor for "spreading lies".
Mishra earlier had alleged that Kejriwal and two others -- Ashish Talwar and Vibhav Patel -- were responsible for the delay in action in the water tanker scam.
The Rs 400 crore water tanker scam involved alleged favouritism shown in the allotment of contracts to private water tankers to supply water to areas not falling under the Delhi Jal Board's network during the previous Congress government in Delhi.
In another development, the ACB questioned Rahul Sharma, the complainant in the alleged PWD scam on Thursday.
Three FIRs, including one against a company of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's late brother-in-law, have been registered on May 9 by the ACB in the alleged scam.
Sharma, who is the founder of Roads Anti-Corruption Organisation (RACO) has also submitted a complaint to the ACB for a probe in the alleged "mysterious" death of Kejriwal's relative Surender Bansal. He has also lodged a separate police complaint in this regard.
