DDA to start work on Integrated Transit Corridor Dev at NH-10

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Monday decided to start work on the proposal of the Public Work Department to make Integrated Transit Corridor Development at NH-10 from Jwala Heri Market Red light to Jwalapuri Red light and connects various residential areas such as Punjabi Bagh, Mundka, Paschim Vihar, Nangloi and other important areas. Peeragarhi is the major intersection on Outer Ring Road. "This PWD proposal will provide safe pedestrian facilities at Peeragarhi junction and the signal-free corridor from Jwala Heri Market Red light to Jwalapuri Red light on Rohtak Road or NH-10," noted a statement. incorporate the provisions for adequate space for safe movement of pedestrian in this stretch," the statement noted.
