Occupants of both the vehicles are currently undergoing treatment in the hospital, police said.
The three men riding on the two-wheeler were identified as Himanshu Sahni (28), Himanshu (30) and Sundar Lal Jain (25), all residents of north west Delhi.
The occupants of the car were identified as Pankaj (25), Mahender (25), Kama Bhai (35) and Rambadhai, who belong to different states and are employees of a private company in Pitampura area.
Police said the incident was reported around 10.30 pm from Keshavpuram area, when the scooty – coming from the wrong side – hit the car, which was being driven at a high speed.

A police official claimed that the men on the scooty were drunk and fell on the different sides of the road on impact.
"After colliding with the scooty, the car turned turtle and crashed on the side," the official said, adding that none of the men on the scooty had a helmet on.
The occupants of the car were working in Gujrat Namkeen, a company Pitampura.
The four men used to leave for work in the factory, located in Rohini's Pitampura area, and return to a factory in Pratapbagh area to rest for the night as they had no residence.
The accident took place when they were going to Pratapgarh.
