CM's office seeks reply from MCG on rising complaints

Gurugram: The Chief Minister Office has stepped in over the rising complaints on the working process of Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG). Owing to the large number of complaints, the Chief Minister of Haryana has sought a reply from MCG Commissioner that why the complaints of the citizens are not being addressed. It is important to note that 46 complaints are pending on the Chief Minister's window that is related to MCG. The action by CMO is also seen in wake of rising number of complaints in the Chief Minister Window.

As a mechanism to not only solve the problem of citizens but also make the Chief Minister accessible, the challenges of CM window is now coming to the fore.
