Case registered against accused

New Delhi: Suresh Chauhan, the person who had assaulted Delhi Chief Minester Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday, has been booked in a case under sections 323/153 IPC in Motinagar police station.

Police said that Suresh Chauhan has been arrested in the case as well as under preventive sections and has been remanded to two days of judicial custody.
