Blood donation camp at IPU for National Unity Day

New Delhi: Guru Gobind Singh IP University on Thursday organised a blood donation programme at the campus. The camp was set up to mark the occasion of National Unity Day. Numerous programmes were also organised by the University.

"Around 500 students and staff participated and donated their blood," said a statement from the university.

A lecture was alo delivered on the occasion by the former professor of Delhi University Prof. B. N. Mishra on the topic of National Unity.

The University has said that it will also organise programmes on National Unity theme during whole month of this year for awareness.
