Bizman shot dead, two others injured in drive-by shooting at Dwarka Mor

New Delhi: A businessman was shot dead and two others, including his brother, injured after they were attacked allegedly by his ex-employee along with his accomplices, police said on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Rajendra Garg, whose brother Ramesh and employee Kamal Dev are now in hospital. Garg was a dealer of a multinational food and beverage major.
Meanwhile, the police also arrested the accused who were involved in the crime. They were identified as Md Sahil, Babar, Janak, Nagendra, Rohit and Rocky.
Police said the incident occurred at Dwarka Mor, when the deceased and other victims were going towards Najafgarh road in their car.
As soon as they reached Dwarka Mor, a biker accidentally touched the car and had a heated exchange of words between them. By the time, the biker hit the car from behind.
Within no time, the biker pumped several bullets into Rajendra, who was driving. The biker also attacked Ramesh with an iron rod on his head.
The assailants also took a bag containing Rs 3.5 lakh from the victims.
Rajendra, 50s, was immediately shifted to a local hospital with the help of passerby but was declared brought dead. Initially, it was suspected that it was a case of robbery cum killing but during the investigation, it emerged that an ex-employee was involved in hatching the conspiracy.
Mohammad Sahil, 20, an ex-employee of Rajendra, committed the crime along with his friends, police said.
