After being made Dy CM, Dushyant Chautala makes first visit to Ggm

Gurugram: After being made the Deputy Chief Minister, the 31-year-old Dushyant Chautala made his first visit to Gururgam on Thursday.

Dushyant was the Chief Guest in the run for unity program in Gurugram. He flagged off the marathon event from Tau Devi Lal stadium.

Accompanying him were all the four MLA'S of Gurugram that included three from the BJP and one independent Rakesh Daultabad who won from Gurugram's largest constituency Badshahpur and later lend his support to the party.

Paying tributes to the first Home Minister of the country Dushyant said, "For undertaking a major task you require confidence as well as courage. The two qualities work hand in hand. Sardar Patel was among the few personalities who had such qualities and therefore could take a herculean task of unifying 565 states."

Later speaking to reporters, Dushyant also addressed the pollution problem in Gururgam and said that rather than focussing only on external factors the administration and the government must focus on improving the internal factors.

"Pollution is a major problem in our cities. It is a challenge which the government is aware of. There are many factors on which we are thinking of trying to control the problem theses include better waste management, lessening traffic congestion and increasing the tree cover," said Dushyant.

The Deputy Chief Minister then made a surprise visit to the Gururgam Civil Hospital at Sector-10 and appraised the situation of public healthcare facilities being provided to the patients.

Dushyant Chautala of Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) in the past has aggressively campaigned that the majority of jobs generates in the private sector in Gurugram should go to locals than people coming from the other state.

Chautala claims that there are 17 lakh private jobs that are there in Gurugram in which the local population has not been given preference. He has strongly advocated for the reservation of private jobs for the local population. In the past, the 31-year-old and his supports have also held a protest march on the issue.
