6-year-old boy sodomized by 11-yr-old boy

Greater Noida: The Gautam Buddh Nagar police have apprehended a 11-year-old boy for allegedly sodomising a six-year-old boy in Dadri area of Greater Noida on Monday evening. Police said the accused was apprehended after a complaint was filed by the parents of the victim on Tuesday morning. The police said that the victim's mother, in complaint, stated that her son was familiar with the accused and would often go to their house to play.
"On Monday evening, the accused came to our house and started playing with him. After some time, he told me that he is taking him to his house to play with him, to which I agreed," said the mother. When the mother of the victim went to call him, she found the two in an inappropriate condition.
"When I went to their house, I was shocked to see my son in that condition and he was crying. I immediately raised an alarm. I also informed the parents of the accused. However, they didn't believe it," said the mother.
Following the incident, the mother of the victim approached the police.
"Based on the complaint filed by the victim's mother, the accused was apprehended under sections 377 (punishment for having unnatural sex) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 section of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012," said Suniti Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Gautam Buddh Nagar.
