13 out of 14 Italian patients recover in Ggm hospital
Gurugram: As panic and fear on COVID-19 cases rise there was good news that came from Gurugram. 13 out of the 14 Italian tourists that were found to be positive with COVID-19 and had been shifted to Gurugram multi superspecialty hospital from Delhi have now recovered. The news was confirmed by Gurugram Chief Medical officer Dr. JS Punia. The cured patients have been told to however follow some guidelines and be in isolation. For last three days the hospital authorities were claiming that there is an improvement in the situation of Italian tourist who had come to India as tourists.
The 14 Italians, who have tested positive for COVID-19, had been shifted to the multisuperspecialty in Gurugram from an ITBP quarantine centre in Outer Delhi on March5. The hospital had these patients are housed on a completely separate floor, that had been quarantined and had no contact with the rest of the hospital.
During this time a set of there is a dedicated medical team wearing protective
gear was looking after these patients.
