Delhi MPs meet petroleum minister

A delegation of Members of Parliament (MP) from Delhi, led by the Union health and family welfare minister, Harsh Vardhan met the minister of state for petroleum and natural gas Dharmendra Pardhan on Thursday to discuss the issue of piped natural gas in the Union Territory.
Pradhan informed the MPs that promotion of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) across the country has been identified as a priority by the government. During the interaction, the MPs gave suggestions for improvement in the services provided by Indraprastha gas Limited (IGL), and for rapid expansion of PNG services.
