DDA concludes camp for leasehold to freehold conversion

The Delhi development Authority (DDA) held a special camp for conversion of group housing societies flats from leasehold to freehold from 9 September to 13 September.  

According to DDA officials, the camp was held on the request of RWAs of the area and all pending conversion applications which were received on or before 13 July were taken up for disposal. 

A total number of 365 allottees visited the camp and 101 conveyance deeds were issued on the spot. Around 360 new conversion forms were also sold and 145 new applications for conversion were received. Application forms of new housing scheme of DDA were also sold at the camp.
