Cousin, friends gang-rape girl

The Haryana Police has arrested three young men for allegedly gang-raping and blackmailing a woman. The victim accused four men of committing the crime. She claimed that they are made her MMS. Out of the three arrested accused, one is the victim's cousin, while another is an engineer. The fourth accused is still absconding.
'Bhim Singh, Manish Kumar and Praveen Kumar were arrested on Friday. All three of them were taken on one-day police remand. While Rohit, another accused, is absconding, but a hunt is carried out to arrest him. The accused along with the victim belong to Rajpura village in Gurgaon,' a senior police official said on Friday.
The victim alleged that she was gang-raped and the accused threatened to kill her and upload the MMS that Rohit had prepared on the Internet. He is a bacherlor's of arts student of DSD College in Gurgaon. 'When the girl came to police station to lodge a complaint, she was sent for medical examination. The report confirmed that she was raped,' added the official.
The victim claimed that since December 2011, she was assaulted regularly by these accused. 'As they had made an MMS of her, they used to blackmail her. They called her to one particular apartment several times raped her,' another official said about the accused.
Manish Kumar as an engineer at the government power plant at Jhadli in the Jhajjar district of Hayana. He is the main culprit in the incident. He knows the victim and was aware that she was searching for a job. He made a honey trap by offering her a job. He called her to Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon and then took her to a Flat No. 1078 in Sector 47, where two other accused were already present. Rohit was hiding somewhere in the room to make the MMS.
Praveen Kumar is a trader and owns a furniture shop at the Hero Honda Chowk on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, while Bhim Singh is a farmer.
A case of gang-rape, blackmailing and threatening her for life has been registered against the four accused on the basis of the MMS.
