Court allows Anant Singh to file papers

A district court on Thursday permitted jailed MLA Anant Singh to contest the Bihar Assembly elections. Additional District and Sessions Judge Satya Prakash Singh accepted <g data-gr-id="5">plea</g> of the legislator and allowed him to file his nomination papers from Mokama constituency in Patna district.
