Cops nab three for stabbing two to death

With the arrest of three people, a broad day light sensational double murder case was reportedly solved within 48 hours.
On Saturday, Babloo and Ramesh were brutally stabbed near Sultanpuri mosque. A case was registered at Sultanpuri police station and investigation was taken up by SHO K S N Subudhi. During investigation it was revealed that both the deceased were pickpockets and drug addicts. So known pickpockets and drug addicts were interrogated. Local enquiries revealed that there was a quarrel between the victims and a Govind, Satish and Lakhan. Raids were conducted at the houses of the three people, but the suspects were not to be found at their residences.
On Monday, based on a secret tip-off, Satish and Lakhan were apprehended from C/6 Sulabh Souchalaya, Sultanpuri. On sustained interrogation, they disclosed that they had murdered the victims. With their help, Govind was also arrested. The knife used for killing was recovered from Gandha Nalla in Sultanpuri. Cops also found the blood stained clothes worn by Govind in his house.
