Cops let Sukhdev Namdhari escape?

Even while Sukhdev Namdhari’s FIR has created a furore with its obvious loopholes, the cops seem to have given him a lot of opportunity to escape.
Namdhari is a key witness of the bloody gun battle that took place at 42 Central Drive in DLF, Chhatarpur in south Delhi. ‘But he is missing. Also his mobile number is switched off,’ an investigating officer said.
The timeline given by Namdhari casts suspicion on him as it differs from the reports given by the PCR van that visited the spot after a PCR call.
Namdhari is a former chairman of Uttarakhand minority commission who was removed from his post by Uttarakhand government after his name appeared in the murder case.
‘He was asked to come to the police station for further questioning. Though he promised that he will cooperate with them, he has been missing, since then’ an official added.
