The arrested duo were identified as Munim alias Aazad alias Chhotu, 30, and Saddam, 23, both residents of Falan Ka Nangla village of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh.
Police said Munim and Saddam were riding a bike near Vishwakarma Colony, MB Road, when the cops tried to stop them for regular checking, but the duo tried to flee from the spot. They, however, were caught by cops after a chase.
