Cop, teacher leak SSC exam paper, arrested

Three people, including a Delhi Police constable and a government school teacher, were arrested for their alleged role in leaking a Staff Selection Commission (SSC) examination paper here Sunday, police said. The accused had planned to provide the answers to their candidates through bluetooth by using high-end mobile phones. They were arrested from west Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy area. The examination paper was for the post of a lower division clerk conducted by the SSC throughout the country. The arrested are Narendra Dahia, 40, a government school teacher; Harish, the constable, and Manoj.
‘Dahia has been working with a school for 18 years as a physical education teacher. He reportedly provided the scanned copy of the paper to his associates,’ added the officer. The exam was conducted at a government higher secondary school in west Delhi’s Rohini’s Sector-1 between 10 am and 12 pm, on 28 October.
