Cook, wife’s bodies found at CISF staff quarter, Indirapuram

In a sensational double murder in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) campus in Indirapuram, the dead bodies of a cook and his wife were recovered, in an advanced state of decomposition, on Wednesday evening.
According to police, Suresh, a cook with the CISF and his wife were living in the staff quarters of the CISF base at Indirapuram. Initial investigations have revealed that the room had been locked since Monday evening and the couple had not been seen since.
On Thursday afternoon neighbours complained of a foul smell emanating from the house and informed the police about it. The police broke open the door to recover the couple’s bodies.
'Initial investigations point to a case of murder. Both of them have been strangled to death. Further investigation is on,' said S S Yadav, SP (City), Ghaziabad.
According to sources the couple had been married for 15 years, but did not have any children.
