Congress never soft towards terrorists: Ghulam Nabi Azad

Congress has never been soft on terrorists, Union Health Minister and senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said on Friday.
‘We were neither soft in the past nor we will be in future,’ he told reporters after visiting the scene of the twin blasts, which killed 16 people and injured over 100.
He claimed that Congress ensured stringent punishment to terrorists whether they were from outside the country or inside.
Condemning the bomb blasts, he described them as an attack on India’s unity and integrity.
‘The central and state governments will make every effort to ensure that those involved are brought to book no matter in which corner of the country they are,’ said Azad, who is also incharge of party affairs in Andhra Pradesh.
