Congress MP Punia hails Modi

BJP prime minister candidate Narendra Modi received appreciation from none other than bureaucratic-turned-Congress MP and chairman of the National Commission for Schedule Caste(NCSC) PL Punia when he hailed Gujarat chief minister for co-operation given by his Government to the Commission.
Punia, who was accorded a warm welcome to state Congress headquarters here on Wednesday on being given the second term of the NCSC, told media persons that even as UP during the previous Mayawati regime did not allow the Commission to hold any meeting in the state but Gujarat government did a wonderful job.
‘Modi fully cooperated with the Commission and even spared his full time for us. Modi also implemented all the recommendation made by the Commission.
