Bhati, expressing displeasure over ticket distribution, alleged that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s formula in candidate selection and ticket distribution was ignored by the party leaders.
He alleged that Congress denied ticket to the minority community for a seat in Bikaner so he decided to quit.
