The Congress Legislature Party spokesperson Mukesh Sharma said the CLP had passed three resolutions unanimously at CLP meeting that was convened at Delhi Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
A resolution passed by the CLP welcomed the decision of regularisation of 895 unauthorised colonies, which would in turn grant ownership rights in rehabilitation colonies.
Another resolution condemned the three civic bodies for their failure to provide sanitation services in the city. The civic bodies were asked to ensure cleanliness in the city. The members also blamed the civic bodies for breeding of mosquitoes in the city.
The third resolution passed by the CLP condemned BJP MLA Ramesh Bidhuri who allegdly misbehaved with a woman officer of the city government.
A couple of days ago, Biduhri was heard shouting at the employee of the office dealing with unauthorised colonies in Delhi secretariat. The CLP demanded an apology from Bidhuri. An FIR under sections 189 and 509 of IPC is likely to be filed against the MLA.
