Communal violence orchestrated: Akhilesh

Alleging a conspiracy against his government UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said on Monday that communal violence were being taking place in such frequency to malign his government.
Reacting sharply to the communal violence in Faizabad Yadav said that soon people responsible for this communal riot would be exposed and strict action would be taken against them.
'The situation in Faizabad is fast turning normal which is the first priority of the government,' he said adding that his government would not tolerate communal violence in the state.
‘The people who are jealous of the good work being done by my government are trying to destroy peace by orchestrating communal riots in the temple town. The govt decision to distribute unemployment allowance and kanya vidyadhan had drawn very good response from the people, which some anti-social elements have not liked,’ the CM said.
When asked as who were the people behind such riots Yadav said that everyone knows about them but he would disclose their identity at an appropriate time.
Curfew was clamped in Faizabad on 25 Oct and was relaxed on Monday after situation improved partially. District Magistrate Deepak Agarwal said here that the curfew was relaxed in Faizabad city from 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs and if situation improves further it could be relaxed further. Agarwal said authorities have also made arrangements for distributing essential items during the relaxation period. He said that patrolling has been intensified during the curfew relaxation.
Violence broke out during immersion of Durga idols in the city on Wed last in which two people were killed and 20 injured. More than 100 shops and houses were burnt in Faizabad and Bhardasa. The state admin has already suspended Additional District Magistrate (city), Additional Superintendent of Police and transferred the city magistrate.
One hundred commandos along with 400 sub-inspectors and several companies of PAC are on duty in the areas.
