CM visits disaster-hit areas of Chamoli

Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna on Thursday visited disaster-hit regions of Tarali and Deval of Pindar valley in the Chamoli district.
He met the villagers who are the victims of natural disaster and facing difficulty in their day-to-day life. After listening to their woes, the chief minister assured them that the state government would help them in every possible way.
He stressed on the point that the priority of the state government is to open all highways and link roads for the convenience of villagers. He clarified the government stance that the owners of fully damaged building will get government aid of Rs 2 lakh, partially damaged building Rs 1 lakh and damaged building on government land will be allotted Rs 1 lakh.
