CM inaugurates Nature Bazaar for crafts and organic produce

The permanent Nature Bazaar at Kisan Haat, Andheria Modh was inaugurated on Sunday in a colourful ceremony by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit. 

Delhi tourism and transport chairman Manish Chatrath, MD and CEO Delhi Tourism GG Saxena were also present at the event.

Speaking at the event, Dikshit said, ‘Nature Bazaar will be a vibrant green space in a busy metropolitan area. A module of how to be both Indian and contemporary, environmentally ethical as well as people-friendly.’

The Nature Bazaar is an initiative of the city government and Delhi Tourism in association with Dastkar. The permanent Nature Bazaar is an exciting round-the-year cultural and retail hub, with a lively, colourful, constantly changing programme of crafts and natural and organic produce.
