CM apprises home minister of situation

Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi on Wednesday apprised union home minister Rajnath Singh of the situation at Uriamghat in Golaghat district. The home minister assured Gogoi that his plea for additional forces would be looked into by the ministry, a govt statement said.
