Chechen leader Kadyrov laughs off US list rumours

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has laughed off speculations that he was in the classified section of US’ list of Russians facing visa and financial sanctions. US released names of 18 Russians to be slapped with visa bans and freezing of  assets in US banks under the Magnitsky Act, which introduces the sanctions against Russian officials suspected of human rights abuses.
