CEO held for raping executive

The chief exectuive officer [CEO] and director of a software company in Noida was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly raping his 19-year-old executive over a period of few months during business tours in various cities of the country. According to the victim, the accused also made an MMS of her and threaten to make it public if she complained about it.
Ashish Kumar, 54, CEO and director of Aurax Solutions Pvt Ltd in Sector 50 in Noida was arrested by the Noida police on Wednesday afternoon from his office on the basis of the complain filed by the girl on last Monday. The police have also taken the accused's mobile in their possession and sent it for forensic examination, as the said MMS was not found in it.
'We have arrested the accused as per law and are investigating the matter,' said S K Yadav, the investigating officer in the case. According to the police, the girl hails from Ludhiana in Punjab and is a business graduate, who joined the company as a trainee executive in its business development department around six months back. She was promoted to the rank of executive within two months of joining the company and was asked to accompany Kumar on business tours.
According to the victim, Kumar made advances towards her, but she rejected them. During one of their business tours in Chandigarh around two months back, Kumar allegedly served a sedative-laced drink to her and raped her. He also allegedly made the MMS of the act in his mobile. The victim claimed that she was raped again by Kumar during their tours in Jaipur, Lucknow and Chandigarh.
