CEO gives green signal to Noida Extn

Giving a go ahead to start work in Noida extension, the chief executive officer of Greater Noida, Rama Raman on Monday announced that their was no need of any directions or any NOC from any authority to start construction work.

Raman said this in a meeting with the real estate companies and builders building infrastructure in the area. The CEO also assured the investors that metro will come to the area within three years.

'All the formalities and documentation for approval of Greater Noida Master Plan-2021 has been completed and builder can start their construction. Some of them have started their construction already and some others re-started it on Monday,' said Rama Raman.

The CEO also had a meeting with the office bearers of Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA) and assured them proper help from the authority. He also assured the flat owners that their interest will be taken care of by the authority. 'I had a meeting with builders on Monday and asked them not to create any problem to the existing buyers as the buyers have stood with them for the last one year patiently,' added Raman.

He also assured that he will direct the builders association CREDAI to meet them to sort out their problems.

'The CEO also assured that soon he will call a meeting with bank officials and ask them to disburse the loans on the Noida Extension projects,' said Sweta Bharti, a buyer in Noda Extension and General Secretary of NEFOWA after meeting.

The flat buyers had been complaining about the builders' actions to change the layout on which the CEO promised strict action against defaulters. 'No builders have approached us to purchase increased FAR till date. So there is no question of change of layout in respect of FAR for the existing projects,' assured Raman to buyers. He also told that he would talk with the builders regarding penalty for the late possession.
