Centre moves SC on Aadhar

A bench of comprising of Chief Justice P Sathasivam and Justice Ranjan Gogoi directed the case to be listed on Tuesday after Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran, appearing for the central government said ‘We seek modification of the order which said that Aadhaar card is not mandatory’.
