The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has once again invited students to showcase their works of art. These art works, based on the themesof education, will be a part of CBSE’s annual publications for the second consecutive year.
The creative young minds of students from classes IX to XII have been asked to send their innovative and original artworks. Schools are expected to send three entries each and require authentication from the respective principals.
The board has designated a special screening committee to aid the selection process by filtering entries from various schools on the basis of their distinctness in terms of theme, colour, forms, lines, texture, space and organisation. CBSE will acknowledge the selected artists by presenting them with ‘Commendation Certificates’.
This initiative underlines CBSE’s commitment to encourage young talent and reinforce its focus on holistic development of young minds.
