Senco ropes in Capillary Tech as CRM partner

Kolkata: Senco Gold & Diamonds, the largest jewellery retail chain from Eastern India, has roped in Capillary Technologies as its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) partner. As part of this partnership, Senco will be able to provide its customers, a seamless experience across 87 stores pan-India.
Senco will leverage 3 flagship products of Capillary Technologies namely Insights+, Engage+ and Loyalty+.
While Insights+ will help Senco get a deep understanding and insights into their consumer's behaviour and preferences, Engage+ will increase the effectiveness of the marketing efforts by personally connecting with each consumer, building relationships at every interaction and Loyalty+ will ensure the existing consumers keep coming back to Senco stores by intelligently rewarding them.
