Nikhil Kumar Jain joins as Director (Personnel), NHPC

Nikhil Kumar Jain joined as Director (Personnel), NHPC Limited, India's premier hydropower utility and a Schedule 'A' enterprise of Government of India on Tuesday. Prior to joining NHPC, Jain had been working in the capacity of Director (Personnel) of Air India Ltd. since 2012.

Jain possesses a distinguished academic career and has done his B.E. (Industrial Engineering) from IIT Roorkee in 1985 and LL.B from DU in 2010. He joined the Indian Railways as an Indian Railways Personnel Services Officer in 1988. He has worked at different levels in the Railways and also as GGM (HR) in IRCTC and as Executive Director (Joint Secretary) in the Ministry of Railways.
