Body of 19-yr-old girl found in jungle

The body of a 19-year-old girl was found in a jungle in Delhi’s Narela area. The girl, Shalu was reported to be missing since the last 13 days. ‘A missing complaint was also lodged by her family members’, informed police.
Ravinder, brother of the deceased said, ‘On 13 July, Shalu went for a walk with her two friends who lives in the same locality but did not return. When her friends were questioned they said they were not aware about her whereabouts.’
He also claimed he went to police station but the officer on duty refused to file missing complaint. ‘The complaint was rather filed on 17 July in East Delhi’s Jyoti Nagar police station after creating pressure on the cops’, said Ravinder.
On Friday morning, one of their neighbours informed them that two unidentified female bodies have been discovered by Delhi police from a jungle in Narela. The family members of Shalu went to Babu Jagjeevan Ram hospital to identify the bodies Ravinder confirmed that one of them is his sister.
The body has been sent for the post-mortem.
