Body found with 47-stab wounds; Juvenile trio apprehended

A teenage boy got his 25-year-old brother killed by two other juveniles in North-East Delhi’s Nand Nagri area, police said on Monday. The three juveniles, all aged over 16 years, were apprehended in the last 48 hours in connection with the murder, they said. According to police, they had found a body with as many as 47 stab injuries in a public park at Nand Nagri on Thursday. The deceased was a youth from the same locality whose body was identified by his mother and brother. Two of the juveniles in the case were allegedly hired by the third to kill his brother and had offered Rs 20,000 for the contract, DCP (North-East) Ajit Kumar Singla said. When the call details of the deceased youth’s mobile phone was analysed, it emerged that the last phone call he had received was from one of the three juveniles.
