BJP workers protest outside CM’s residence

Delhi BJP on Monday protested outside the residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal demanding his and Transport minister Gopal Rai’s resignation in the auto-permit scam of the transport department.

“Kejriwal government has dashed the hopes of auto drivers in the city after this scam. An organised gang robbed the scheme of auto permits and gave it to mafias under the nose of self proclaimed ‘honest government’ of the world,” said Satish Upadhayay, Delhi BJP president. The Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta said that in connivance of senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders there has been a major financial scam in the auto permit distribution and a high-level inquiry is a must.
