BJP MLA sends legal notice to Kejriwal

BJP MLA from Rajender Nagar RP Singh has served legal notice to Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal demanding one crore ruppees as damages for the agony he caused for defaming the BJP by lamenting charges that BJP is trying to purchase MLAs by offering Rs 20 crore each. He also alleged that Kejriwal is following his time tested ‘scoot and shoot’ policy to get media publicity.

‘I dare the ‘sting master’ Kejriwal and his party to conduct sting operation and produce it before people to verify his claims. He is making all the false charges,’ said R P Singh who is also a member of BJP’s national executive. ‘I received his recorded voice message on my mobile and decided to take legal action on the issue,’ he added. In the audio message Kejriwal alleges that BJP is trying to buy the support of MLAs for Rs. 20 crores each to form Government in Delhi and this was sent to the media for broadcasting. He has also twitted that the BJP is trying to buy support of six Congress MLAs. Besides this such allegations are being made through posters and hoardings also.

‘These allegations are without any basis and foundation and merely figments of imagination aimed at tarnishing the image of BJP,’ he said in the notice. Now, such allegations are being made again to tarnish the image of BJP because of the belief that there will be Assembly Elections in near future in Delhi.
