Bihar man held for Rs 1.65 crore robbery in Noida

The police arrested a man in Noida for his involvement in robbery of Rs 1.65 crore. The incident had occurred on 23 May this year in the house of industrialist Atul Tyagi’s at Sector 31.  The accused, identified as Kamaal aka Kare, was arrested from Araria district. At the time of the incident he was working as a scrap dealer in the city. The police had already arrested one Ashok Rai in June this year for his alleged involvement in this case.

‘The Special Task Force was assigned to crack this case. All the information of the accused were gathered and the Bihar police were informed about him. We will bring Kamaal on transit remand to Noida for further investigation of the case,’ said a police officer. However, the police have failed to recover the stolen money from them.
