Delhi bars 20 or more people from gathering, restaurants shut till March 31

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a slew of decisions on Thursday taken in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak in Delhi. Dine-in arrangements in all restaurants will remain closed in the national Capital till March 31. However, home-deliveries and takeaways will continue. All educational institutions have also been directed to remain shut till March 31 for both teaching and non-teaching staff. He also added that non-essential public services will be disallowed from Friday.
Kejriwal, in an order, said 20 or more people will not be allowed to gather at any place for social, cultural, religious, academics, seminars, conferences purposes in the state.
