Big B’s new film Eve to be shot in Delhi soon

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is set to feature in National Award-winning Bengali director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s first Hindi film titled Eve. The movie is expected to go on floors early this year here, says its creative producer Shoojit Sircar.

“I will be the creative producer of the film. Tony (the director) is a friend. The cast is yet to be finalised. Only Mr. Bachchan has been confirmed. It will be Tony’s first Hindi film. It’s a social thriller and will be shot in Delhi,” said Sircar.

“The film is based in Delhi. It’s a very important film in today’s time. The shooting will begin early this year. We are planning to get the film on the floor around February or March,” he added. The team is still “figuring out” the release date of the film, directed by Chowdhury, who is known for movies like Anuranan and Antaheen.
