Bhutanese PM to visit India today

Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay will visit India on Friday to attend a conclave in Goa. Tobgay will travel to Goa on the invitation of the India Foundation to attend the ‘India Ideas Conclave’ as chief guest.
He will address the conclave on November 15, where the theme is ‘Learning from Civilisation’. While in Goa, he will meet Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Goa Governor Mridul Sinha and Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar, said a release from the Foreign Ministry. He will stop in New Delhi on November 16 and return to Bhutan on November 17.
